大约70年前由英国马来亚制定的1948年“煽动法”（1948年第14号法令）是从印度引进的，用来控制群众，反对恐怖主义和殖民统治。这法律禁止被视为煽动性话语。该法案于1969年修订（1970年4月14日第15号法令）。该法于1948年7月19日在马来亚开始实施（1948年第14号法令）。

It is time for Sarawak government to base on International laws and United Nations rulings as well as decolonization process to pass Declaration of Independence in DUN and submit it to United Nation's and England for registration. By doing that Sarawak will regain it's independent status.

However, a week is all it took for hackers to cheat the system and steal half a million U.S. Dollars, it seems. A customer first reported that they noticed a charge that they didn’t make on the app, and Yahoo News Japan has reported that there is a major loophole that has been exploited.
