We agree with what TYT Tun Pehin Sri Dr. Wan Junaidi said Sarawak's position is protected in the federal constitution, the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) etc and the leaders of BN/GPS government had been harping on this for many years. This has been heard by me since I entered politics some years ago.

May Sarawakians be reminded, we should not take what all our leaders say as true and correct. They could be in high position or been in politics for long but their ideas and statements could not be correct or workable. Some leaders are self-serving or blinded by loyalty. We don't teach people to be rebellious but we want people to think whether what our leaders said are correct or not because what they said or think can affect our life and economy.

In politics and government, it's about numbers, authority and power.

We also need to consider other matters too which are too many for me to mention here.

We don't beg and we want to get what we are entitled because they are mentioned in the federal constitution and in MA63 but given the present scenario, Sarawak and Sabah could not enforce these rights unless Sabah and Sarawak have control over the federal cabinet and parliament.

At the moment, Malaya is in control of the federal/cabinet government and parliament. Further, political parties from Malaya such as DAP PKR AMANAH, PAS etc could not help us because they are from Malaya. They win to take seats allocated to us away from us for Malaya. By parliamentary democracy, they are to obey their Malaya bosses. We simply don't have the numbers to enforce our rights in the federal constitution and in the federal government

Sarawakians may need to know Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63 )was used to dupe our people to form Malaysia which legal experts time and again said MA63 was an invalid Treaty and could not be used to form Malaysia - see Chagos Islands Case delivered by ICJ which said colonies have no legal capacity to sign any Treaty with parent countries. Sabah and Sarawak could not being still colonies of UK sign the Treaty. Malaya was already given independence and this MA63 was a scam.

The only way to solve our problems is to exit from Malaysia by peaceful and legal means which is recognised internationally.

Parti Bumi Kenyalang is fighting to bring Sarawak and Sabah out from Malaysia by peaceful and legal means and we have the necessary strategies if given power to do so by Sabahans and Sarawakians.

At the moment it is speculated Sarawak lost about RM110 billion annually of her oil wealth while Sabah lost about RM90 BILLION annually since passing of Petroleum Development Act 1974(PDA 74). But what Sarawak used to get back was always less than RM5 billion as Annual Development Fund. Sabah always get slightly more than Sarawak each year.
